The Target Market Determination (TMD) for MoneyMe Block Bitcoin-backed loans is being finalised in accordance with the Design and Distribution Obligations under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
This product is intended for consumers who own Bitcoin, can tolerate significant collateral price volatility, and require short to medium term liquidity without selling their BTC. It is not suitable for consumers who cannot afford repayments or cannot tolerate the risk of partial liquidation.
